Notice of liability urgent action required

Re: (insert your name)

I am writing to you as a concerned citizen of England and Wales and in particular regarding the COVID-19 legislation under the coronavirus act 2020 implemented by her Majesty’s government.

The current legislation is having a significant impact on every facet of society notwithstanding significant harm to members of the public, loss of livelihood, closure of business, increased suicide, mental health, domestic violence, child abuse, hospital admissions are at the lowest levels on record, cancelled operations and exploratory procedures, the elderly locked up in care homes or their own dwellings causing them significant depression, anxiety and harm.

Significant and detrimental damage being caused to children and students as a direct impact of the Coronavirus legislation imposed.  Small and medium size business are closing on a rate never seen before, families are in significant financial distress, bankruptcies, debt, fore closures and house repossessions are going to be an epidemic in themselves for years to come and this is catastrophic.

The medical and scientific data not just from the United Kingdom but from many world-renowned doctors and scientists is showing this is not a pandemic, the recovery rate from COVID-19 is 99.96% and this is accepted and not challenged by world leading health professionals and organisations.

The role of a Police officer and each individual Police jurisdiction is very clear and written out in constitutional law and I quote the sworn oath of an Constable,

“ I do solemnly and sincerely declare and affirm that I will well and truly serve the Queen in the office of constable with fairness, integrity, diligence and impartiality, upholding fundamental human rights and according equal respect to all people; and that I will to the best of my power cause the peace to be kept and preserved and prevent all offences against people and property; and that while I continue to hold the said office I will do to the best of my skill and knowledge discharge all the duties thereof faithfully according to law“

The rules, regulations, guidelines and laws currently in place with regard to COVID-19 are causing significant injury, harm and loss to the citizens of England, Wales and the United Kingdom.

I am of the belief that the government of the United Kingdom have been and continue to commit criminal offences against its citizens. It is therefore incumbent upon you to make immediate interventions and arrest those responsible and let the natural course of U.K. justice prevail.

Misfeasance in public office and Misconduct in public office are the criminal offences cited accordingly.

It is reasonable to expect that you could have considered these issues very carefully and you have familiarised yourself with all of the available evidence to show what is happening in society is of detriment and must stop.

I wish to draw these issues to your attention and I call upon you to take immediate remedial action. Please be advised I am also of the view that compelling the citizens and me to continue with this mass violation of our rights, personal choice, freedoms and autonomy constitutes an abuse of the basic and fundamental human rights afforded in U.K. society.

Under the rules of a free and democratic society encompassing our rule of law we demand to be free and unrestricted accordingly.

For the avoidance of any doubt I object to being subjected to such abuse and call for an end of the same forthwith.

Enclosed herewith for your immediate perusal is abundant evidence demonstrating from numerous medical professionals and experts around the world, the current lockdown and mandated face masks are causing significant harm to members of the public and this legislation constitutes a significant hazard and poses a risk and danger to the health and well-being of the citizens of England and Wales and to me directly.

Please refer to the enclosed appendix

The Police service of England and Wales have an unconditional duty of care to every citizen, this includes an individual responsibility for each and every serving warranted police officer; and it is incumbent upon them to carry out those duties without prejudice, fear or favour and without interferences or direction from government, these rules also apply to all Police forces of which there are forty five in England and Wales.

I would respectfully point out that the consequences of ignoring this scientific and medical data and continuing to implement and support the government legislation would constitute a dereliction of your duty of care and has the potential to cause harm injury and loss to me and the other citizens of the England and Wales I would therefore call upon you to take this notice seriously and afford it the attention it deserves.

Required Action

In light of the above and on the basis of precautionary principle as enshrined in law I urge you to take all necessary action to prevent any further totally unnecessary harm or loss being caused to the citizens of England and Wales and in particular to me and I hear by call upon you to take the following actions forthwith.

1,  Place an immediate ban and cessation on the current legislation imposed under the coronavirus act of 2020.

2, to not support the restrictions on lockdowns of the citizens.

3, to not support the compulsory and mandatory rules surrounding the wearing of a face mask as this is deemed to be a health risk.

4, cease with immediate effect the issuing of fines to members of the public and businesses deemed in breach of the coronavirus guidelines.

5, remove all necessary restrictions surrounding the freedom of movement, freedom of choice, freedom of autonomy, freedom speech, freedom of assembly and the right to peacefully protest.

6, provide me with a copy of all risk assessments carried out by each Police force in connection with the enforcement of the coronavirus act 2020, in particular and not withstanding the effect of lockdowns mandatory face masks and social distancing.

7, provide confirmation by return that each Police force and Police officer including such individuals that you have placed in charge and represent the Police service, have been fully trained in connection with the health risks associated with face-masks and recognising the health contradictions from the use of the same, if any harm or loss befalls me as a result of your acts and omissions you and the Police officer enforcing this legislation shall be held liable for the same.

8, As a matter of huge significance and of the greatest importance and urgency, for the protection of life and public health and safety to stop all vaccination trials. To urgently stop the mass rollout of untested un-safeguarded vaccines that are rushed and unnecessary due to the 99.96% recovery rate of the virus.

These vaccines have never been used before on humans they are MRNA and have the capability to alter human DNA.

There is a current legal challenge and petition submitted to the European courts of medicine by two world-renowned doctors demanding these vaccinations are stopped and the trials are stopped for the sake of preventing significant harm and loss of life.

See Appendix.

Take further note, as you have been placed on notice of the foregoing grave and serious issues regarding the significant detrimental harm injury and loss being caused as a result of the government coronavirus act legislation; and your failure to take action as a consequence of your position and remit may also expose you a Police service and each individual Police officer and representative to personal liability in law for any Adverse health effects suffered or any financial loss suffered as a result of your acts and or omissions.

Warning, for the avoidance of any doubt if you fail to respond to this letter as requested or fail to take the actions outlined above I shall have no alternative but to take such further steps as may be necessary including by way of legal action in order to protect my health; and to protect myself from financial loss: and to protect my overall well-being. I shall rely on the contents of this letter at an appropriate time to seek to fix you with an order for the costs of any incidental to same

I would suggest you bring this letter to the attention of your insurance provider and I would be obliged if you would kindly furnish me with their contact details. Due to the urgency of this matter I look forward to your response by return.

Yours sincerely.

NOTICE OF LIABILITY

URGENT ACTION REQUIRED

Dear [INSERT NAME],

I have been an employee in your organisation since [INSERT DATE OF COMMENCEMENT OF EMPLOYMENT].

The purpose of this letter is to raise my concerns about your vaccination policy and to preserve our employee/employer relationship with view to protecting my job.

Matters of Concern Surrounding Vaccination

It has been announced that, as an employee, I must undergo vaccination in respect of both seasonal influenza, and Covid-19 in due course [AMEND AS NECESSARY]. I am given to understand that unless I comply with this demand, namely, to receive the said vaccines, then my employment may be and/or is at risk of being terminated.

For the avoidance of any doubt, and with respect, I am opposed to undergoing vaccination in circumstances where I am being placed under undue pressure or influence.

Firstly, I wish to express my grave concerns regarding your vaccination policy and the said proposed vaccinations. Secondly, I am particularly concerned about your demand that I should receive a vaccine for Covid-19, most especially in light of the fact that this particular vaccine has been in development for such a very short period of time, there appear to be extremely limited data available regarding safety, despite media ‘spin’, and in circumstances where there is a complete absence of any long term safety data.

Moreover, I am also given to understand that some of the Covid-19 vaccine candidates use new technology (e.g. mRNA) never before used on human beings, with little or no information available as to what the potential side effects and/or adverse consequences could be for recipients of same, especially in the long term. I am of the view that an mRNA ‘vaccine’ is tantamount to an experimental medical intervention and I would have the most serious reservations in respect of its safety in light of the uncertainties surrounding same.

It is reasonable to expect that you as my employer, and in accordance with your duty of care, you have considered all safety issues surrounding your vaccination policy thoroughly prior to making a decision to compel employees to take the said vaccines. However, insofar as you may not have done so to date, I wish to draw these issues to your attention, and I call upon you to take immediate remedial action and to reconsider your position with regards to demanding, either directly or indirectly, that I to undergo vaccination under penalty of employment termination or otherwise if I fail to do so.

In addition, I would also ask that you furnish me with a copy of all risk assessments conducted in respect of your decision to compel me to undergo vaccination as proposed.

Exposure to Risk

It is well established that vaccines can cause serious injury and even death. This issue is reflected in the UK government’s compensation payments to victims of vaccine injury which has, to date, paid out tens of millions of pounds.

I am also of the view that dramatic media coverage and political pronouncements over the last nine months have created a false sense of urgency, justifying rapid development of a Covid vaccine at an unprecedented speed. The speed at which vaccines have been developed and foisted on the public is a matter of grave concern for me.

The World Health Organisation (WHO), defines the discipline of patient safety as the “coordinated efforts to prevent harm, caused by the process of health care itself, from occurring to patients.”[1]It would, therefore, be vitally important to ensure that any roll-out of a Covid vaccine does not lead to harm in the form of side-effects, serious illness and death, in the population, including any of your employees that you are, in effect, forcing to undergo vaccination.

A recent tender document clearly demonstrates that the Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA) is anticipating a high volume of Adverse Drug Reactions (ADRs) from a Covid vaccine roll-out, the extent of which would require an enhanced AI system to cope with ADR reports from the public.[2]  This is particularly concerning because you have not made employees aware of the anticipated likelihood of ADRs and the clear expectation of such as evidenced by the said tender for an AI system. Instead, it would appear that you are compelling me to accept vaccination blindly without warning me of the potential risks and any or any adequate transparency or indeed any regard whatsoever for my right of informed consent.

Vaccine manufacturers themselves clearly recognise the risks posed by an accelerated vaccine trial process. They have, therefore demanded, and have been granted, full immunity from liability for injury or death by our Government. In defending the demand for immunity from liability for harms caused by the vaccines, a spokesperson from Astra Zeneca has said, “This is a unique situation where we as a company simply cannot take the risk if in … four years the vaccine is showing side effects”. This statement is particularly concerning.

Previous attempts to develop coronavirus and other vaccines e.g., RSV and dengue, have been hampered by the problem of ‘antibody dependent enhanced immunity’ (ADEI), which has led to severe illness and deaths in the animals and human subjects involved in the trials. [3] This phenomenon only becomes apparent after vaccination, when the subject is exposed to wild virus at some point in the future.

I am also given to understand that the Covid vaccine trials have not been conducted in a way to exclude the possibility of this serious adverse sequalae occurring months or years after vaccination. Yet, you as my employer, see fit to demand that I subject myself to what, in effect appears to be an experimental drug with unknown long-term effects on my health and well-being.

My health is of vital importance to me. I believe it is reasonable to expect that you, as my employer, would have respect for my health and well-being, as well as my right to bodily integrity.

In light of the foregoing, I would respectfully submit that any attempts at compelling me to undergo vaccination, against my will and/or without full informed consent, would not only represent an abdication of an employer’s duty of care to its employees but could also be considered tantamount to a form of constructive dismissal.

Finally, on the basis of the Precautionary Principle, enshrined in UK and International Law, I urge you to take all necessary action to prevent any harm to me as your employee, and indeed my fellow employees. I would therefore respectfully request that you refrain from applying pressure on me to undergo vaccination. In addition, I would kindly ask you to confirm that you will respect my position and that no such pressure shall be placed upon me to undergo vaccination, and that my expressed position shall in no way jeopardise or undermine my employment with you. That is to say, kindly confirm that my job will not be at risk as a result of my refusal to undergo vaccination.

I trust you will take note of the above and reconsider your vaccination policy accordingly and that we may continue to enjoy a healthy working relationship together.

TAKE NOTE: if you proceed to demand that I undergo vaccination and/or place undue pressure upon me to receive the said vaccines against my will, I shall have no other option but to take whatever action as may be deemed appropriate in order to defend my position, my right to bodily integrity and my job. If such action becomes necessary, I shall rely on the contents of this letter at an appropriate time in order to support my position.

Yours Sincerely,

RE: Notice of Liability and Potential Claims

Dear

We the undersigned, who are supported by the Lawyers for Liberty group (on behalf of pending clients, victims and those with legal standing), write this open letter to request a full review of the following matters and call upon you to take appropriate action as a matter of urgency regarding:

1.       Existing and future vaccination initiatives and/or programmes for your constituents and, in particular, any prospective vaccination and/or treatment in respect of the disease known as COVID-19 (C-19) or otherwise.

2.       All preparatory treatments for constituents and, particularly, any prospective treatment in respect of the disease known as C-19 or otherwise.

3.       All measures undertaken in stopping businesses from operating and the consequential losses and damage to livelihoods thereafter both financially and psychologically.

C-19 Vaccine and/or preparatory treatments

As you will be aware, there has been a widely publicised ‘race’ to develop a vaccine for C-19. It is evident that the contenders in this race are rushing to produce a vaccine at an unprecedented speed.

In light of the fact that it can often take many years, sometimes up to 10 years, to develop a vaccine, the speed at which the contenders in the aforesaid race are rushing their product to market for use on human subjects, is a matter of grave concern regarding the safety of any such pharmaceutical product. Therefore, we believe that this issue warrants thorough and adequate consideration, the exercise of due medical diligence, and the application of the Precautionary Principle.

We note with serious concern that some of the potential contenders for a C-19 vaccine are what is known as ‘mRNA’ vaccines which, we are given to understand, may have the potential to modify human cells; something which no other vaccine has done before.

We further understand that this mRNA approach to vaccination is a new form of medical technology and, as such, its use on human beings is unprecedented. It is common knowledge that even manufacturers of such products are not aware of what the potential long-term effects of this new technology will have on the recipients. Thus, we are of the view that this mRNA vaccine is tantamount to an experimental drug and its use on serving personnel would, in effect, constitute an experiment on human subjects.

Moreover, as no long term safety data is available for the aforesaid vaccines, and indeed no such studies have been conducted, this in and of itself ought to be a matter of serious concern for all those in positions of responsibility, including your good self as the mayor.

Furthermore, we call upon you to do everything within your power to firstly, ensure the safety of this prospective medical intervention, and indeed any other treatment and/or preparatory treatment that is or will be proposed for constituents. And, secondly, if it is deemed necessary to administer such an intervention in due course, that the principle of informed consent is honoured in respect of all constituents who may be subjected to any such treatment.

In light of the currently available data on C-19, and the fact that the worldwide survival rate for C-19 is circa 97.3% or higher, we call into question the need for the administration of a C-19 vaccine in the given circumstances. We , therefore, call upon you to carry out a full review of the necessity for such an intervention in the first instance before considering subjecting service personnel to same.

We respectfully give you notice of potential liabilities arising from the aforesaid measures, treatments and/or vaccinations. As you are Mayor, and you decide on all matters pertaining to your constituents, we are of the view that you are directly responsible for ensuring that no harm should befall any of your constituents as a result of the aforesaid interventions or measures.

Scientific Data

In light of current scientific and medical data, it is evident that safety and ethical issues arise in respect of C-19 vaccines, and in particular mRNA vaccines. In this regard, we wish to draw your attention to Appendix attached hereto. The consequences of ignoring this scientific and medical data are potentially catastrophic for the health and well-being of your constituents.

In addition, we would respectfully remind you of the Nuremburg Code, and the doctrine of ‘informed consent’ from which it derived, in respect of any unauthorised testing and/or administration, which may adversely affect the health of human beings.

Finally, on the basis of the Precautionary Principle, which is enshrined in law, and with particular regard to vaccination using mRNA vaccines, we urge you to take all necessary action to halt any further progress on the rollout of this medical technology until:

(a)    such time as a qualified, open and transparent debate about the health and safety implications of this new and untested medical technology, can take place within society;

(b)     the potential hazards for human health and well-being have been fully investigated by Scientists, who are independent of the Pharmaceutical Industry;

(c)     Such new medical technology can be independently verified and guaranteed as being safe for use in human beings.

TAKE NOTE: that you have been placed on notice of the foregoing grave and serious issues raised above. Any failure on your part to take appropriate action, as a consequence of  your position and remit, may expose you to liability in law, for any adverse health effects suffered by any constituents  as a result of your acts and/or omissions.

We trust you will take note of the above and act accordingly.

This document is supported by a certificate of service which will be posted as appropriate.

Yours Sincerely,

NOTICE OF LIABILITY

URGENT ACTION REQUIRED

RE: [INSERT NAME OF PUPIL AND THEIR YEAR/CLASS DETAILS]

Dear [INSERT name/title],

I am a parent of the above named pupil. I writing to you to express my grave concerns regarding the compulsory use of face masks in your school.

It has come to my attention that there are widely known hazards, health risks and dangers associated with the use of face masks, which can result in both physical and psychological harm to the user.

It is reasonable to expect that you have considered such issues carefully, and familiarised yourself with the available evidence, prior to making a decision to compel pupils in your care to wear masks. [INSERT YOUR ADDRESS]

To: The Principal

[INSERT address of recipient]

However, insofar as you may not have done so to date, I wish to draw these issues to your attention, and I call upon you to take immediate remedial action.

Please be advised that I am also of the view that compelling my child to wear a face mask is a direct violation  of their right to bodily integrity and/or personal autonomy, and thus constitutes an abuse. For the avoidance of any doubt, I object to the my child being subjected to such abuse and call for an end to same forthwith.

SCIENTIFIC AND MEDICAL DATA

Enclosed herewith for your immediate perusal is abundant evidence demonstrating the health risks associated with face masks. Please refer to the enclosed Appendix.

In light of the available scientific and medical data, it is evident that face masks constitute a hazard and pose a risk and/or danger to the health and well-being of your pupils, including my child.

DUTY OF CARE

I would respectfully draw your attention to the duties owed to my child whilst on your premises and/or in your care.

Those duties include, inter alia, your duty of care at common law and your statutory duties under the Occupiers Liability Act, which oblige you to take appropriate steps to ensure the safety of my child and/or prevent harm or injury.

Duties also arise in the context of the school/pupil relationship and/or out of an assumption of responsibility based on knowledge of potential dangers and/or risks and/or hazards in the school environment, such as those highlighted above.

I would respectfully point out that the consequences of ignoring this scientific and medical data, and continuing to implement a compulsory mask policy would constitute a dereliction of your duty of care and has the potential to cause harm or injury to my child.

I would, therefore, call upon you to take this Notice seriously and afford it the attention it deserves.

REQUIRED ACTION

In light of the above, and on the basis of the Precautionary Principle as enshrined in law, I urge you to take all necessary action to prevent any further harm to my child with immediate effect.

In that regard, I hereby call upon you to take the following actions forthwith:

  1. Place an immediate ban on the compulsory use of face masks in your school. Please be advised that I object to my child being subjected to such requirements and demand an immediate end to any compulsion to wear any such items whilst at school;
  1. Confirm by return, in writing, that you will immediately cease and desist from compelling my child to wear a face mask in your school;
  1. Furnish me with a copy of all risk assessments carried out by your school in connection with face masks;
  1. Provide confirmation by return that your staff and teachers, including such individuals you have placed in charge of my child, have been fully trained in connection with the health risks associated with face masks, including with regards to recognising the health contra-indications from the use of same.

TAKE NOTICE: Any failure on your part to take immediate action to address and remedy the matters outlined above will render such inaction highly irresponsible, and potentially damaging to my child. If any harm befalls my child as a result of your acts and omissions, you and/or your school shall be held liable for same.

TAKE FURTHER NOTE: As you have been placed on notice of the foregoing grave and serious issues regarding face masks, any failure to take action, as a consequence of  your position and remit, may also expose you to personal liability in law, for any adverse health effects suffered by my child as a result of your acts and/or omissions.

WARNING: For the avoidance of any doubt, if you fail to respond to this letter as requested, or fail to take the actions outlined above, I shall have no alternative but to take such further steps as may be necessary, including by way of legal action, in order to protect the health and well-being of my child. If legal action becomes necessary, I shall rely on the contents of this letter at an appropriate time to seek to fix you with an Order for the costs of an incidental to same.

I would suggest you bring this letter to the attention of your insurance provider, and I would be obliged if you would kindly furnish me with their contact details.

Due to the urgency of this matter, I look forward to your response by return.

Yours Sincerely,
